It is very easy to assemble, as the A-Part always remains on the bow or extender. The other parts can be assembled and disassembled separately. The embossed rib texture allows a very precise adjustment and prevents unintentional moving.

Even when somebody knocked my bow off it's stand the v-bar adjustments did not move. If you keep parts G & F attached to your twin rods then it's almost as quick to set up as a quick release system as only the longrod needs to be screwed in to the vbar.
