Produced by Archery GB (GNAS) this instructional and informative DVD is the one to have. It gives a great insight into the coaching practices of the current GBR squad infact featuring a number of the current Elite Squad.
Both experienced and less experienced archers will get something out of this DVD it is aimed (sorry :) ) at both.
The shooting technique topics are well thought out and the use of diagrams, slow motion fotoage and live illustrations help the watcher to get a better understanding of the topics discussed and demonstrated. The layout and menus also make it easy to watch and use as a reference.
