RECURVE Group Beginners Courses

Have you ever wanted to try archery but never been sure how to find out more?

We strongly recommend that anyone wishing to do archery, whether at a club or in their back garden attend a beginners course first (the cynically minded would say of course you do). However it is not because we run courses, but to ensure that you are able to use the equipment correctly and to shoot safely (not just for the archers sake but everyone nearby).

Using our indoor ranges at Ipswich we can offer you the opportunity to attend a 3 week beginners course.

The scheduled group courses cost a reasonable £45.00 per person and are run over three 1 hour sessions over 3 weeks. We will teach you the basics of how to shoot safely and all equipment and tuition by GNAS qualified coaches is included.

Minimum age 8 years

Finally, Juniors aged 8-17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult guardian at all times if no guardian is present the junior will not be able to shoot.
