Why are some of our online prices different to those in our Pro shops?

Well, they used to be, but now with the exception of Exclusive Online Offers and Promotions, the "Quoted" retail prices on here and in our Pro Shops are the same.

Great Savings Online: Because buying online has lower overheads we do plan to continue to offer our free delivery promotion* and for our regular registered online users the 5% repeat customer discount offer* which is available on many products.

The online shop is operated as a separate department and run by staff who only help out in the Braintree Shop during very busy times, to be successful the online service relies on high turnover and a quick turnaround of goods, it is primarily a service for those archers who know exactly what they need, can wait a few days for it to be delivered, do not need to visit a shop, try, handle or view equipment to make the right choice and do not require any help from experienced sales staff.

At our convenience Internet orders are collated, checked and in some cases items are made, safely packaged and the payment is processed and the goods sent out quickly using the fastest and most economical service.

Online you get: First class products, excellent prices and a fast efficient service. But if you are unsure of the item(s) you require then a visit to one of our Pro Shops should be on your agenda because getting it right 1st time and having it set up correctly will make for a far greater saving than any difference in the online price and certainly more cost effective in time and money than buying an item 2 or 3 times before finding the right one.
