The Spiga Evo 2 rest from Spigarelli is a great sturdy adjustable stick on recurve rest.

Unlike some stick on rests the screw has enough purchase to be adjusted with confidence. The flipper action is also smooth and positive.
Arrow clearance should not be a problem as this rest is only 3mm thick.

Made from stainles steel which is milled and laser cut for accuracy and fixed using 3M adhesive tape which has low elasticity so the rest does not move with the weight of the arrow.
