The step by step guide to making the English Medieval and Tudor Arrow in this two disc presentation. Master Arrowsmith Mark Stretton takes us behind the scenes at the Mary Rose Trust to give a unique insight into the arrows of the Tudor age. Using this data Master Fletcher Mick Manns then reconstructs these arrows using period tools and techniques. For thos with a modern workshop Master Bowyer Steve Stratton gives detailed instruction in using modern tools and techniques to reproduce accurate replicas. Disc one ends with marl Stretton test shooting a Mary Rose reproduction arrow and an exact replica of the arrow found at westminster Abbey.
