The OK Archery X-Claim Compound Bow - Tony Preston is now shooting one of these and is amazed at the feel of the shot, accuracy and overall quality " a pleasure to shoot" In fact this is the bow that has tempted him back.
Tony's views:
The X-Claim compound from OK Sportbogen, a smallish (by Hoyt standards) German Manufacturer. This third generation business only produces equipment of the highest standards, having visited them personally I can tell you that I went expecting to walk into my vision of an engineering shop but to my surprise this one resembled a science lab, absolutely spotless. Their attention to detail is second to none, this shows through in the products they make.
Axel to axel is 35" this is a nice in between size, not too long and slow, not too short and difficult to shoot. There are five modules available to adjust the length. You really do get what you pay for and the price is no more than you would expect to pay for such a high quality product. The split cable system which is available on this bow will add another £48 to the purchase price. This will put everything on centre and eliminate cable torque.
